ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERTISE

In 2003, the startup company IECS was established as a proprietor, and by 2008 we executed the APDRP Rural electrification project for various districts in Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh for the Government of India. Later, on in 2011 we diversified and Bravo Pharma was established and since then working to expand the healthcare business globally. The corporate affairs of Bravo Group are being closely looked after which includes identifying the business avenues in the United Kingdom, India, Central Asia, Europe, USA, Africa, South East Asia, and the Middle East.

Bravo Pharma is a group of companies focused on three verticals Drug development; R&D and Advanced diagnostics in specialized fields like oncology, Genomics, proteomics, NGS, HIV-Self test, COVID Test, and Hepato-carcinoma; manufacturing, marketing, and sales of medical products; telemedicine and setting up and operation of advance diagnostics cum referral laboratory. Currently, Bravo Pharma has activities in 8 countries spread across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. We have a total of 262 employees and 27 research scientists working in the facility and Research and Development Centre.

Has been working closely with the John's Hopkins Cancer Hospital Baltimore USA, and Harley Hospitals Denmark, financed the ongoing cancer research program to develope the Biomarkers for pancreatic cancer.

• Established Joint cooperation with the Republican Oncology Centre Government of Uzbekistan for the BOT Advance Referral Lab project and successfully completed it.
• Recently joined hands with G42 Healthcare Abu Dhabi for the implementation of the Genome program of Uzbekistan for the WES, WGS, and NIPT.
• Coordinating on the "HEPAMUT" R&D project with Bravo Healthcare a major shareholder of CCCR, Competent Centre of Cancer Research Tallinn, Estonia, and Cambridge, UK.
• Jointly working on the project new drug discovery and for the Oncology Advance Lab pre-clinical trail with UCL,(University College of London), London.
• Joint venture with Biosynex for developing and marketing Rapid antigen test and antibody self-test of COVID-19 in France Strasbourg.
• In the process of Setting up the first Referral & Genome Research Laboratory specialized in genomics research and clinical trial in India.
• Establishment of the first part of the Pharma manufacturing unit upcoming in East Champaran, Bihar
• During the pandemic situation of COVID-19 supplied all essential testing kits and VTM RNA extraction kits to various Institutions and Governments
• We have supplied and successfully installed OXYGEN GENERATION UNIT of various capacities to BIADA, the Ministry of Health, the Government of Bihar, and the Army hospital, during COVID-19 pandemic

BRAVO Foundation is an independent organization set up by the Bravo Pharma Group to facilitate public-private funded initiatives to improve the welfare of the Youth of Bihar specially focused on employment for youth, Education, and Healthcare across Bihar and specially Champaran.

• Monitored and ran a Charity Program for Cancer Treatment, a free medical camp in Asia, Central Asia, and Africa for poor patients.
• In the years 2015-2017 Total of 1364 kids were given financial help for cancer treatment from my personal funds.
• Personally monitored and financed the free training program of doctors and professors from various hospitals in Asia and Europe.
• Established the 4 Free E-Library in the District Champaran and second in Bihar,
• Completed the renovation and gradation of the Navyuak Pustakaly Hindi Library.
• Established the Bravo Cricket Academy which provides absolutely free training facilities to cricket aspirants 100 youths from Champaran in Bihar
• Plantation of more than 1.5 lakhs "Chamapa" plants across the East Champaran Districts
• Free treatments for more than 160 cancer patients from East Champaran in the last one year
• Free treatment of 1000 kids suffering from aplastic anemia and leukemia in the last years.
• Free camp to provide artificial limbs for the "DIVYANG" persons and the target 5000 implants per annum.
• Initiative in launching the Satyagrah to Swaraj program on the occasion of the 150th Birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi ji.
• Organized the Swachata Samman Samaroh for the people working in the Municipal corporation in East Champaran
• Contributed INR 10 lakhs each to the family members (from Bihar) of the Martyred (CRPF) of the Pulwama Attack 2019
• Contributed 2.5 lakhs to the family member of the Martyred (Bihar Police) who hails from Champaran in 2019
• Contributed 5 lakh to the family members of the Martyred (BSF) from Champaran in 2016
• Established the Bravo Oxygen Bank during the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic situation
• Provided free medicines, oxy-flow meter attached with jumbo cylinders to the Sadar and District hospitals
• Paid the tuition fee and lodging charges for 200 students during this pandemic situation.
• Provided food for 10 thousand migrant laborers during this pandemic of COVID-19.
• Distributed free masks to various schools in Tallinn, Estonia during the pandemic.
• Renovation, and digitalization of Urdu Library, Navyuvak Pustakaly, and the block-level library has been done recently, total 6 library work has been completed.
• Manufacturing of sanitary napkins and free distribution at the block level in the rural area of Bihar India has been completed.

• Honored to have met our respected Prime Minister Shri #NorendraModiji . His efforts in establishing a temple on the soil of Abu Dhabi and successfully cooperating with Qatar are commendable and exemplary. • Bravo Pharma officially partners with G42 healthcare to spearhead the field of genomics

• BravoPharma concluded on January 24, 2024. This collaboration will make a significant contribution to the research, development and manufacturing of medical devices in Bihar.

• BravoPharma signed MoU with the Ministry of Industries, Government of Bihar for investment of Rs 100 crore in Bihar for the next phase in the field of manufacturing of medical devices, in the presence of the Minister and Additional Chief Secretary of the Industries Department. This investment will be completed in the next 18 months
